通信装备类课程实战化教学改革研究与实践

Research and Practice on Practical Teaching Reform of Communication Equipment Course

针对课堂与实战脱节的现实问题,从密切衔接课堂与战场的现实需求出发,提出构建“一条主线、两个同步、三大模块”为支撑的通信装备类课程实战化教学改革方法与实施途径。经过几期学员培养试点,实战背景下的课堂教学效果显著,得到学员和部队广泛认可,同时锻炼了教员队伍,实现教学相长。

In view of the practical problem of the disconnection between classroom and actual combat,this paper proposes a practical teaching reform method and implementation approach for Communication Equipment courses supported by“one main line,two synchronization and three modules”,starting from the practical demand of closely connecting classroom and battlefield.After several trainee training pilot,the classroom teaching eff ect under the actual combat background is remarkable,widely recognized by the trainee and the army,but also exercise the teacher team,to achieve teaching and learning.
