Analysis on Foreign Aid Training of Aeronautical Meteorological Service

航空气象服务与人们的出行息息相关。作为世界气象组织高优先发展领域之一,航空气象服务的人才能力建设一直备受各国关注。通过对航空气象服务领域国内外政策进行梳理分析,跟踪国际上相关领域的培训实践,结合干部学院航空气象服务多年的援外培训实际情况,并对其进行分析,以期为干部学院更好地举办航空气象援外培训提供参考。

Aeronautical meteorological service is closing to people’s travel.As one of the high priority development areas of the World Meteorological Organization,the talent capacity construction of aeronautical meteorological service has been concerned by various countries.By sorting out and analyzing domestic and foreign policies in the field of aeronautical meteorological service,tracking international training practices in related fields,and combining with the actual situation of foreign aid training in aviation meteorological service of the cadre college for many years,this paper analyzes the training in order to provide reference for the cadre college to better organizing foreign aid training in aeronautical meteorological service.
