互动教学在互动性学习环境中开展,强调“以学员为主体”,能够充分调动学员学习积极性,提高学员学习效率。在飞行器原理课程教学中应用互动教学,除了能够调动学员积极性,培养学员学习自主性,课堂外开展的互动教学过程还可以培养学员理论学习能力以外的其他素质,充分发挥学员的能动性,培养学员的合作意识等。
