摘要
目前,我国高职护理专业传统的人才培养模式仍以课堂教学为主,培养方式较为单一,且偏重理论知识,已不能适应当下医疗行业对于高素质复合型技术技能人才的迫切需求。因此,创新和改革人才培养模式势在必行,不仅有助于提高高职护理专业学生的竞争力、就业率、岗位适应力,缓解结构性就业矛盾,也能促进学校和医院形成合作共赢、互惠互利的关系。
At present,the traditional talent training mode of higher vocational nursing specialty in China is still based on classroom teaching,which is relatively single and focuses on theoretical knowledge,and can not meet the urgent needs of the current medical industry for high-quality technical and skilled personnel.Therefore,it is imperative to innovate and reform the talent training mode,which not only helps to improve the competitiveness,employment rate and job adaptability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,alleviate the structural employment contradiction,but also promotes the formation of a win-win and mutually beneficial relationship between schools and hospitals.
