The author has explored and reflected on the prac-tice of head teacher work in recent years,andfind that it is an effective way to play the leading role of head teacher by focu-sing on the work in different stages of the three years of college students in higher vocational colleges.Thus,it can contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents.
