摘要
目的:对中职护理专业护理学基础课程传统的教学和考核形式进行改革,提高中职护生学习兴趣,更好地掌握理论知识和护理基本技术,培养有素质、懂技能的新型护理人才。方法:随机抽取2018级中职护理专业84名学生作为研究对象,A班为实验组,B班为对照组。实验组教学和考试按照理实一体化课程改革后的教学计划,对照组沿用传统人才培养方案开展教学,比较两组学生的护理基本技术操作考试成绩和理论考试成绩。结果:实验组的护理基本操作考试成绩和理论考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:理实一体化护理学基础课程教学改革使护理学基础教学取得良好效果,应进一步实施和优化理实一体化教学设计与考核形式,提高护理学基础教学质量。
Objectives:This research aimed to study the re-forms of the traditional teaching and assessment form of Ba-sic Nursing Science in secondary vocational nursing,improve the learning interest of secondary vocational nursing students,better grasp the theoretical knowledge and basic nursing tech-nology,and cultivate new nursing talents with quality and skills.Methods:A random selection of 84 students majoring in secondary vocational nursing from the 2018 grade as the research objects,class A as the experimental group and class B as the control group.The teaching and examinations of the experimental group were taught in accordance with the tea-ching plan after the reform of the integration of theory and practice.The control group followed the traditional talent training plan for teaching,and compared the scores of basic nursing techniques and theoretical examinations of the two groups of students.Results:The scores of basic nursing ope-ration examination and theoretical examination of the experi-mental group were significantly higher than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of theory and practice in the teaching reform of Basic Nursing Science has achieved good results.It is necessary to further implement and deepen the integration of theory and practice teaching design and assessment form to improve the teaching qualitydesign and assessment form to improve the teaching quality of Basic Nursing Science.
