本文探讨了产教融合背景下高职院校职业素养培养面临的挑战与机遇,并提出了相应的培养途径与策略。重点提出了包括坚持产教融合、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、创新创业能力培养、职业素养评价体系建立和校园文化建设等实施策略,以期在产教融合的背景下有效提升高职学生的职业素养,培养适应社会和产业发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。

This paper explores the challenges and opportunities faced by vocational education in the context of industry education integration,and proposes corresponding training methods and strategies.Key implementation strategies have been proposed,including adhering to the integration of industry and education,reforming the curriculum system,building a teaching staff,cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,establishing a professional competence evaluation system,and building campus culture.The aim is to effectively enhance the professional competence of vocational college students in the context of industry and education integration,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of social and industrial development.
