摘要
以浙江省丽水市生态产业集聚区水阁至腊口公路工程石浦大桥主桥系杆梁现浇支架在桥墩处的π型牛腿及预埋设计与施工为例,重点阐述了对应位置支架设置情况和设置π型预埋件的缘由;根据施工环境条件选择预埋件的结构和构造;对预埋件按设计规范进行锚筋截面设计,并用安全系数法进行焊缝连接及锚固校核验算和优化,保证其安全性,希望能为类似结构设计提供参考实例和思路。
Taking the design and construction of theπ-shaped corbels and pre-embedded components of the cast-inplace support for the main bridge tie beams at the piers of the Shipu Bridge in the Shuige-Lakou Highway Project,within the Ecological Industry Agglomeration Zone of Lishui City,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper focuses on elaborating the placement of the support at the corresponding position and the reasons for setting theπ-shaped pre-embedded components;Choose the structure and configuration of pre-embedded components based on the construction environment and conditions;The anchor bar section design of the embedded parts is carried out according to the design specification,and the safety factor method is used to check and optimize the weld connection and anchorage strength,ensuring safety and aiming to offer reference examples and inspiration for similar structural designs.
