预制装配式盖梁施工轻型化工艺对比及工程应用研究

摘要 为解决超重、大体积盖梁施工过程中场地条件、运输和吊装条件受限的问题,逐渐形成了以整体预制盖梁、节段干接盖梁、节段湿接盖梁以及干湿接组合式盖梁为体系的城市高架桥梁盖梁轻型化结构体系。简要介绍了国内外相关预制盖梁施工的研究成果,总结了干湿接盖梁设计施工工艺。通过在S3公路新建工程项目上盖梁轻型化的实践应用,从适用盖梁长度、预制速度及便捷性、运输难度、吊装难度及施工周期等多方面分析了各自的优缺点,不同类型预制盖梁施工工艺的成功应用,拓展和丰富了市政桥梁工程的预制装配体系。 In order to solve the problem of limited site conditions,transportation and hoisting conditions during the construction of overweight and large-volume cover beam.A lightweight structural system of urban viaduct cover beam is gradually formed,which is composed of integral precast cover beam,segmental dry-joint cover beam,segmental wet-joint cover beam and dry wet-joint combined cover beam.Furthermore,the research results of precast cover beam construction at home and abroad are briefly introduced,and the design and construction technology of dry wet-joint cover beam is summarized.Through the practical application of the lightweight cover beam in the new construction project of S3 highway.Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed from the aspects of applicable cover beam length,prefabrication speed and convenience,transportation difficulty,hoisting difficulty and construction period.In addition,through the successful application of different types of prefabricated cover beam construction technology,the prefabricated assembly system of municipal bridge engineering is expanded and enriched.
