基于专利数据的全球绿色建筑涂料产业创新态势与我国发展对策研究

摘要 绿色建筑涂料是一种环保型的绿色建材,被广泛应用于住房、商业和工业基础设施建设。伴随着全面贯彻实施可持续发展战略,推动高质量发展的进程,绿色建筑涂料已然成为当前的研究热点。本文通过专利检索和统计分析,对近些年的全球专利申请态势进行分析,主要包括绿色建筑涂料领域专利的申请趋势、重点申请人布局特点、法律状态及运营情况、新进入申请人及资本市场整合动态等,旨在全面反映全球绿色建筑涂料产业创新态势,从而为我国的绿色建筑涂料产业发展对策的制定,企业的专利布局等提供知识产权情报支撑。 Green building paint is a kind of environment-friendly green building materials with the attributes of health,environmental protection and safety.It is widely used in housing,commercial and industrial infrastructure construction.With the process of comprehensively implementing the sustainable development strategy and promoting high-quality development,green building coatings have become the current research focus.Through patent retrieval and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the global patent application trend in recent years,mainly including the application trend of relevant patents in the field of green building coatings,the application trend of key applicants,the legal status and operation of patents,the analysis of new entrants to the coating industry,and the integration dynamics of the capital market of the coating industry,with the aim of reflecting the innovation trend of the global green building coatings industry comprehensively,so as to put forward the proposed planning path and development countermeasures for China’s green building coatings industry,and provide reference for the patent layout of enterprises.
