Construction of an information platform for operation performance management of TCM hospitals

目的:探讨中医医院运营绩效管理信息化平台的建设路径,提升医院管理水平。方法:通过需求分析和现状分析,以“国考”+“申康绩效考核”+“中医药特色指标”为建设指导,建立运营绩效管理信息化平台。结果:构建完善的绩效管理系统、数据资源平台和信息化决策支持系统,打破数据孤岛,实现数据互联互通,绩效指标自动生成、绩效信息集成展示。结论:建立了体现国家公立医院绩效考核体系-上海申康市级医院院长绩效考核体系-具有医院自身发展特点的中医药考核体系的“三位一体”运营绩效管理信息化平台,中医医院将能够更好地应对市场挑战,实现高质量可持续发展。

Objective To explore the construction path of an information platform for operation performance management of TCM hospitals and improve the management level of hospitals.Methods Based on demand analysis and current situation analysis,the information platform for operation performance management was constructed with"National examination"("Guokao",which means the national accreditation for hospital levels),"Shenkang Performance Assessment"and"TCM Characteristic Index"as construction guidance.Results A complete performance management system,data resource platform and information decision-making support system were built to break the data silos and realize data interconnection and intercommunication.The performance indicators were automatically generated,and performance information was integrated and displayed.Conclusion The"Three-in-One"operation performance management information platform reflecting the performance assessment system of national public hospitals,Shanghai Shenkang municipal hospital president performance assessment system,and TCM assessment system with the characteristics of the hospital's development was established,which enables TCM hospitals to better cope with market challenges and achieve high-quality sustainable development.
