梵净山国家级自然保护区特许经营体制研究

Research on the Franchising Mechanism in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve

为摸清自然保护区研究现状,探明贵州省梵净山国家级自然保护区特许经营体制,采用文献计量法和VOSviewer软件对国内外自然保护区特许经营研究热点进行了分析,通过实地走访、收集资料的方法对梵净山国家级自然保护区特许经营情况进行了研究。结果表明:2019-2023年共发表了212篇文献,占统计总量的59.21%;关键词中,“国家公园”和“ecotourism”节点较大,出现频次较高;经营过程中的主要问题集中在制度、人才、监管等方面。摸清了梵净山国家级自然保护区特许经营现状,探明了其在特许经营实践过程中存在问题和不足,基于此,提出了完善自然保护区特许经营体制机制的建议,以期为梵净山国家级自然保护区特许经营发展提供参考。

In order to understand the research status of nature reserves and explore the franchising system of Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve in Guizhou Province,this paper analyzed the research hotspots of nature reserve franchising at home and abroad by using the literature metrology method and VOSviewer software,and studied the franchising situation of Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve by field visits and data collection.The results showed that a total of 212 articles were published from 2019 to 2023,accounting for 59.21%of the total statistical volume;among the keywords,the nodes of"national park"and"ecotourism"were large and appeared with high frequency;the main problems in the operation process were concentrated in the aspects of system,talent and supervision.This paper made clear status quo of franchising in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve,found out the problems and deficiencies in the franchising practice,and put forward suggestions to improve the franchising system and mechanism of nature reserves,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of franchising in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve.
