电力工程施工常用混合胶粘剂制备与性能研究

摘要 为了提升胶粘剂在输配电工程施工中的应用效果,研究了成分配比对输配电工程施工用胶粘剂的硬度、附着力、冲击功、拉伸剪切强度、接触角、耐冻和耐湿热老化性能。结果表明,随着环氧树脂和丙烯酸酯所占比例的提高,100-30-30-40试样的铅笔硬度为6 H、邵氏硬度达到56 HA、附着力为0级、冲击功大于100 kJ/cm;将100-30-30-40胶粘剂用于不同基材的粘接强度从大至小顺序为:钢-钢、PC塑料-PC塑料、玻璃-玻璃、PMMA-PMMA,接触角从大至小的顺序为:钢-钢、玻璃-玻璃、PMMA-PMMA、PC塑料-PC塑料。试样在室温下放置3 h可保持良好的流动性,更长时间的存储则需要采用冷冻处理。将试样置于85℃、湿度98%的环境下保持200 h后,试样的拉伸剪切强度增加至4.4 MPa,相较湿热老化处理前有明显增加。 In order to improve the application effect of adhesives in power transmission and distribution engineer⁃ing construction,the hardness,adhesion,impact energy,tensile shear strength,contact angle,frost resistance and damp heat aging resistance of adhesives used in power transmission and distribution engineering construction were studied.The results showed that as the proportion of epoxy resin and acrylic ester increased,the pencil hardness of the 100-30-30-40 sample was 6 H,the Shore hardness reached 56 HA,the adhesion was level 0,and the impact energy was>100 kJ/cm.The bonding strength of adhesive(100-30-30-40)was in the order of steel steel>PC plas⁃tic PC plastic>glass PMMA PMMA,and the contact angle was in the order of steel steel>glass PMMA PMMA>PC plastic PC.The sample could maintain good flowability when left at room temperature for 3 hours,while longer stor⁃age required freezing treatment.After being kept in an environment of 85℃and 98%humidity for 200 hours,the tensile shear strength of the sample increased to 4.4 MPa,which was significantly higher than before the wet heat ag⁃ing treatment.
