运动拍杆类器械环保胶粘剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 研究以天然产物制备的拍杆类器材为对象,分析H3BO3、尿素占比、氢氧化钠与氢氧化钡的占比等对环保胶粘剂粘接强度的作用进行分析,同时还对其中的机理加以剖析。结果表明,在这些成分的占比上升之后,干、湿状胶接强度,主要特征体现在先上升后下降,当上述几个成分分别为5.0%,0.12、50.0%和9.5%,以及有机硅2%、物质量比2时,对应的干状粘接强度达到最大。对于环保型胶粘剂来说,氢氧化钡的合适性显然比氢氧化钠更高。然而,当增添的改性剂进行延后,此时干状与湿状胶接强度,前者为逐渐下降,后者则是先下降后上升的特点。 Taking the racket equipment prepared from natural products as the research object,the effects of H3BO3,the proportion of urea,the proportion of sodium hydroxide and barium hydroxide on the adhesion strength of environmentally friendly adhesives were analyzed,and the mechanism was also explored.The results showed that af⁃ter the proportion of these components increased,the dry and wet bonding strength was mainly characterized by first increasing and then decreasing.When the above components were 5.0%,0.12%,50.0%,and 9.5%,as well as organ⁃ic silicon 2%and material mass ratio 2,the corresponding dry bonding strength reached its maximum.For environ⁃mentally friendly adhesives,the suitability of barium hydroxide was clearly higher than that of sodium hydroxide.However,when the added modifier was delayed,the dry and wet bonding strength gradually decreased,while the lat⁃ter first decreased and then increased.
