无砟轨道用改性复材配比优化设计与抗压强度测试

摘要 无砟轨道则是采用混沥青混合料等作为基础,替代了传统有砟轨道中的碎石,从而避免了砟道碎石飞溅的问题,提高了铁路运行的平稳性和安全性。为提高无砟轨道中乳化沥青砂浆的性能,提出通过矿粉和硅灰改性乳化沥青,并探讨了沥灰比对乳化沥青性能的影响。结果表明,当A/C=0.9,硅灰掺量为10%,矿粉掺量为20%时,得到此时的抗压强度为4.42 MPa。由此得出,通过以上配比优化,增强了沥青的抗压强度,可提高无砟轨道用沥青的抗压强度。 The ballastless track is based on mixed asphalt mixture,which replaces the gravel in the traditional bal⁃lasted track,thereby avoiding the problem of gravel splashing in the ballast track and improving the stability and safety of railway operation.To improve the performance of emulsified asphalt mortar in ballastless tracks,it was pro⁃posed to modify emulsified asphalt with mineral powder and silica fume,and the influence of asphalt to ash ratio on the performance of emulsified asphalt was explored.The results showed that when A/C=0.9,the content of silica fume was 10%,and the content of mineral powder was 20%,the compressive strength obtained at this time was 4.42 MPa.It can be concluded that by optimizing the above ratio,the compressive strength of asphalt has been enhanced,which can improve the compressive strength of asphalt for ballastless tracks.
