摘要
采用传统氧化物陶瓷制备高频低功耗的MnZn功率铁氧体,研究了Ca掺杂对于铁氧体各方面性能的影响,发现Ca掺杂有利于实现高频低功耗的目标。
MnZn power ferrites with low power consumption in the high frequency were prepared by traditional oxide ceramics.The effects of Ca doping on various properties of the ferrites were studied.It was found that Ca doping was beneficial to achieve the goal of low power consumption in the high frequency.
