我国城市化建设中的老问题是“千城一面、万楼一貌”,风貌管控不仅是城市建设的问题,更是文化自信的问题。需要结合区域文化、历史传承、时代要求,打造城市特色风貌。基于此,分析城市风貌管控体系的概念与原则,明确建立城市风貌管控体系的关键要素,探究城市风貌管控体系的建立,进而通过保护和塑造城市风貌提升城市品质和居住质量,实现城市可持续发展目标。

The old problem in China's urbanization construction is“thousands of cities looking alike,thousands of buildings with one appearance”.Style control is not only a problem in urban construction,but also a question of cultural confidence.It is necessary to combine regional culture,historical inheritance,and the requirements of the times to create a characteristic urban landscape.Based on this,this article analyzes the concept and principles of urban landscape management and control system,clarifies the key elements for establishing a system for controlling urban landscape,and explores the establishment of a management and control system for urban landscape,so as to improve the quality of the city and the quality of living through the protection and shaping of the urban landscape,and to realize the goal of sustainable urban development.
