随着乡村振兴战略的推进以及农村现代化进程的加快,农业技术推广在基层农村地区扮演着愈发重要的角色。然而,当前基层农业技术推广工作面临着一系列挑战和问题,亟需探讨如何强化基层农业技术推广,以提高农业生产效益与质量。基于此,结合牡丹区地区的实际情况,详细分析当前基层农业技术推广工作中存在的不足,最后提出加强推广工作的组织领导、拓宽农业技术推广渠道、创新农业技术培训方式、组建专业技术推广队伍等一系列优化策略,旨在促进农民更好地掌握和应用现代农业技术,提高农业生产效益和质量,促进农村地区的农业可持续发展。

With the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the acceleration of rural modernization,agricultural technology extension plays an increasingly important role at the grass-roots level in rural areas.However,the current grass-roots agricultural technology promotion work is facing a series of challenges and problems,and it is urgent to explore how to strengthen the grass-roots agricultural technology promotion in order to improve the efficiency and quality of agricultural production.Based on this,this paper will first analyze the significance of strengthening grass-roots agricultural technology promotion in improving agricultural production efficiency,upgrading the quality of agricultural products,promoting the development of green agriculture,and optimizing the structure of rural industry,and then analyze the deficiencies in the current grass-roots agricultural technology promotion work in detail in the light of the actual situation in the Mudan District.Finally,it puts forward a series of optimization strategies,such as strengthening the organization and leadership of extension work,broadening the channels of agricultural technology promotion,innovating the ways of agricultural technology training,increasing the capital investment in agricultural technology promotion,and forming a professional technology promotion team,etc.,which are aimed at promoting the farmers to better master and apply the modern agricultural technology,improving the efficiency and quality of agricultural production,and facilitating the sustainable development of agriculture in the rural areas.
