摘要
石洞沟煤矿31111急倾斜智能化综采工作面在开采前就对该工作面地质条件进行了分析和研究。在采掘工作中,发现31111回风巷、运输巷存在四个逆断层。针对工作面倾角和采高频繁变化的特点,提出了穿越构造带提前打孔注浆加固技术的研究与实验。为急倾斜大采高智能化综采工作面设备配套选型提供了技术支撑和方向定位。
The geological conditions of the 31111 steep intelligent fully-mechanized mining face in the Shidonggou coal mine were analyzed and studied before mining.During mining,it is found that there are four reverse faults in the 31111 return airway and transportation roadway,which will cause different degrees of support and mining difficulties to the safety production of the coal mine and the advancement of the fully-mechanized coal mining face.For the characteristics of frequent changes in the inclination and mining height of the face,the Shidonggou coal mine has optimized the supporting functions and structures of brackets,and proposed the study and experiment of advanced drilling and grouting reinforcement technology for crossing structural zones,which provides technical support and directional positioning for the supporting selection of equipment for the steep intelligent fullymechanized mining face with large mining height.
