液压控制阀开闭控制集成系统设计

摘要 本文研究设计的液压控制阀开闭控制系统,集成了水位精准控制模块采用压力变送器实现水位闭环控制,装置经过设计选择控制器、安装及确定控制方式等三方面构成,实现厘米级控制精度。提高了蓄水池补水液压控制的稳定性,保证了厂区供水的稳定,避免因缺水导致的设备的故障,为生产稳定性提供强有力的支持。 This article studies and designs an opening and closing control system of hydraulic control valves,which integrates the precise water level control module,and uses the pressure transmitter to achieve closed-loop water level control.Through the design selection,installation and control mode determination of the controller,the device achieves centimeter-level control accuracy.Several on-site trial runs have shown that the system has achieved the effects of high-precision water level control,fast response speed,and safe and reliable operation,which improves the stability of hydraulic control for reservoir replenishment,ensures stable water supply in the factory area,and avoids equipment malfunctions caused by water shortage,so as to provide strong support for production stability.
