建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术作为一种全新的数字化工具,在这一转型中发挥了关键作用,加强对BIM技术的应用研究,对于推进建筑行业的转型与升级有着重要意义。为落实我国的可持续发展战略,建筑行业逐渐采用可持续的施工模式,其中绿色建筑和装配式建筑设计崭露头角。结合绿色建筑和装配式建筑设计,针对BIM技术的应用展开分析,旨在探讨BIM技术在绿色建筑和装配式建筑设计中的应用,推动绿色建筑和装配式建筑的设计与施工。

As a new digital tool,BIM technology has played a key role in this transformation,and strengthening research on the application of BIM technology is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In order to implement the sustainable development strategy in China,the construction industry is gradually adopting sustainable construction models,among which green building and prefabricated building design is emerging.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in combination with green building and prefabricated building design,aiming to discuss the application of BIM technology in green building and prefabricated building design,and promote the design and construction of green buildings and prefabricated buildings.
