孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的运用效果分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium in the Treatmentof Cough-Variant Asthma in Children

目的探究对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,应用孟鲁司特钠治疗取得的效果分析。方法选择时间为2022年8月—2023年8月,小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例,观察组(孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德联合);对照组(单用布地奈德治疗),各40例。比较分析肺功能指标评分、疾病疗效、不良反应等。结果观察组治疗后的FEV1/FVC和FEV1较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组总有效率38例(95.00%)高于对照组28例(70.00%)(P<0.05);观察组1例(2.50%)低于对照组9例(22.50%)(P<0.05)。结论把孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德联合用于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,能够改善肺功能指标,降低不良反应的出现,提升对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的治愈率,即安全性较高,适合应用于临床推广。

Objective To explore an analysis of the effects of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with pediatric cough-variant asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with pediatric cough-variant asthma from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected,with 40 cases in the observation group(the combination of montelukast sodium and budesonide)and the control group(treated with budesonide alone)each,and the scores of lung function indexes,disease efficacy and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the FEV1/FVC and FEV1 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of 38 cases(95.00%)in the observation group was higher than that of 28 cases(70.00%)in the control group(P<0.05),and 1 case(2.50%)in the observation group was lower than 9 cases(22.50%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of montelukast sodium and budesonide in patients with pediatric cough-variant asthma can improve lung function indicators,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and increase the cure rate of pediatric cough-variant asthma,which is safe and suitable for clinical promotion.
