新型学习空间中团队教学对教学实践成效影响机制研究

Research on the Influencing Mechanismt of Team Teaching on Teaching Practice Effects in New Learning Space

团队教学和新型学习空间最近受到了广泛的研究和讨论。探讨了青年教师在新型学习空间实施团队教学时的教学实践经验,包括如何建设适合创新和实践的新型学习空间、如何培养青年教师的空间管理技能、教学体验、教学经验、教学愿景和身份细化等6个方面。研究结果表明:新型学习空间的团队教学实践使青年教师对新型学习空间的作用以及学习空间管理技能进行深入了解和掌握,同时团队教学经验也与青年教师的个人专业发展有着明显的相关性。

Team teaching and new learning space have been widely studied and discussed recently.This paper discusses the teaching practice experience of young teachers in implementing team teaching in new learning space,including six aspects:how to build new learning space suitable for innovation and practice,how to cultivate the space management skills,teaching experiences,teaching experience,teaching vision and identity refinement of young teachers,etc.The results show that team teaching practice in new learning space enables young teachers to deeply understand and master the function and management skills of new learning space,and team teaching experience is also obviously related to the personal professional development of young teachers.
