摘要
我国职业教育人才培养目标是“高素质劳动者和技术技能人才”。从心理学的视角来看,与技术、技能密不可分的“人”更为重要,引导高职学生构建积极心理已成为时代发展的客观要求。职校教育教学的主要目的,并不只在于帮助学生掌握技术技能,更重要的是在于促进学生强化已有的积极心理品质,发掘学生潜在的心理特质,从而全面促进大学生心理的健康成长。
The goal of training vocational education talents in China is"high-quality laborers and technical and skilled personnel".From the perspective of psychology,"people"which are inseparable from techniques and skills,are more important,and guiding higher vocational students to build positive psychology has become an objective requirement for the development of the times.The main purpose of vocational education and teaching is not only to help students master techniques and skills,but also,more importantly,to promote them to strengthen their existing positive psychological qualities and explore their potential psychological characteristics,so as to comprehensively promote the healthy growth of college students'psychology.
