摘要 电力工程是一个复杂的过程,涉及大量的数据和信息管理,而现场照片作为记录工程进展和质量控制的重要组成部分,对于项目管理来说至关重要。研究电力工程项目中照片收集与管理的现状和问题,并提出解决方案。通过对现有技术的应用,如云计算、人工智能等,以及照片收集的标准化和优化流程,提高电力工程项目管理的效率和质量。以一个电力工程项目的照片管理实践为案例,展示了现代信息技术在电力工程管理应用优势,推动电力工程行业向智能化、信息化的方向迈进。 The constuction of power engineering is a complex process that involves a large amount of data and information management,and an on-site photo,as an important component of recording the progress and quality control of the project,is crucial for project management.This article aims to study the current situation and problems of photo collection and management in power engineering projects,and propose solutions.By applying existing technologies such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence,and standardizing and optimizing the process of photo collection,the efficiency and quality of power engineering project management can be improved.With the photo management practice of a power engineering project as a case study,the application advantages of modern information technology in power engineering management are demonstrated,so as to promote the power engineering industry to move in the direction of intelligence and informatization.
