学前教育专业毕业生就业选择调查研究

摘要 以安徽省C大学学前教育专业毕业生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对其进行调查研究。结果发现:在就业选择结果方面,就业地选择集中在中东部地区;就业薪资集中在2000~5000元;在就业选择过程方面,就业困难集中表现为实践能力低与户口限制;就业选择侧重点关注经济收入;在就业选择影响因素方面,学校就业指导内容多样化;指导形式偏向于就业信息网提供信息。针对分析结果,提出以下建议:个人层面要提升学生自身专业认同感;学校层面要科学指导学生进行就业选择;国家层面要完善学前教育管理体制,保障教师权益。 The graduates of preschool education majors in University C of Anhui Province were taken as the research object and the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate and study them.The results found that:in terms of the results of employment choice,the choice of place of employment is concentrated in the central and eastern regions;the employment salary is concentrated in the range of 2,000 to 5,000 yuan;in terms of the process of employment choice,the employment difficulties are concentrated in the low practical ability and hukou restriction;the employment choice is focused on the economic income;in terms of the influencing factors of the employment choice,the content of the school's employment guidance is diversified;and the form of the guidance favors the information provided by the employment information network.In response to the results of the analysis,the following suggestions are made:at the individual level,students'own sense of professional identity should be improved;at the school level,students should be scientifically guided to make employment choices;and at the national level,the management system of preschool education should be improved to protect the rights and interests of teachers.
