摘要
由于我国小城镇排水系统建设比较滞后,导致城镇水体污染问题日益突出,其排水系统亟待完善。如何有效控制城镇水污染,提高城镇人居环境质量,已成为小城镇建设和可持续发展的重要内容。通过对小城镇排水系统的现状进行剖析,找出其存在的主要问题,并以此为基础,以切实提高污水收集率、保证污水管网建设效果为目标,分别从排水系统规划的制定、建筑排水立管的改造、市政雨污混接的改造、合流系统的改造、合流制溢流污染的控制、污水收集的新技术等多层面多角度提出了相应的解决办法和对策,以期为小城镇排水系统的建设和改造提供参考。
Due to the construction lag of drainage systems of small towns in China,the problem of urban water pollution has become increasingly prominent,and the drainage system needs to be improved urgently.How to effectively control urban water pollution and improve the quality of urban living environment has become an important part of the construction and sustainable development.The current situation of the drainage system is analyzed to find the main problems.Taking the effectively improving the sewage collection rate and ensuring the construction effect of the sewage pipe network as the targets,the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward from multiple levels and perspectives,such as the formulation of drainage planning,drainage and sewage vertical pipe reconstruction,illicit discharges reconstruction,combined sewer system reconstruction,the control of combined sewer overflow,and the new technology of sewage collection to provide a reference for the construction and renovation of drainage system in small towns.
