摘要
车辙病害作为沥青路面常见的病害之一,在国内外备受关注,基于不同研究方向各研究机构围绕沥青混合料车辙开展了大量的相关研究。基于材料和试验方法 2个方面综述了沥青混合料抗车辙的研究进展。用于摊铺沥青路面的沥青混合料主要由沥青和集料组成,因此对不同改性沥青进行了汇总,并分析了不同改性沥青对沥青混合料抗车辙性能的影响;基于级配、形态和运动状态等因素对沥青混合料中的集料进行了研究,总结了不同集料对沥青混合料抗车辙变形性能的影响。目前,试验方法多集中于室内试验方法与数值模拟试验方法,基于室内试验总结了车辙试验和间接拉伸试验等多种方法,可用于评价沥青混合料抗车辙性能;基于数值模拟试验分别介绍了有限元和离散元2种方法,并总结了2种方法的特点。此外,综述了预估方法、AI算法等其他测试沥青混合料抗车辙的方法,为沥青路面抗车辙性能的相关研究提供了理论和技术参考。
As one of the common diseases on asphalt pavement,rut disease has attracted much attention at home and abroad.Based on different research directions,various research institutions have conducted a large amount of related research on rutting of asphalt mixtures.Based on two aspects of materials and testing methods,the research progress on anti-rutting asphalt mixtures was reviewed in this paper.The asphalt mixture for asphalt pavement was mainly composed of asphalt and aggregates.Therefore,a summary of different modified asphalt was conducted,and the impact of different modified asphalt on the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture was analyzed.A study was conducted on the aggregates in asphalt mixtures based on factors such as gradation,morphology,and motion state.The effects of different aggregates on the anti-rutting deformation performance of asphalt mixtures were summarized.At present,the testing methods mainly focus on indoor testing methods and numerical simulation testing methods.Various methods such as rutting test and indirect tensile test have been summarized by indoor testing,which can be used to evaluate the anti-rutting performance;Two methods of finite element and discrete element were introduced based on numerical simulation experiments,and the characteristics were summarized.In addition,other methods of estimation methods and AI algorithms were reviewed to provide theoretical and technical references for related research on the anti-rutting of asphalt pavement.
