体外受精-胚胎移植女性自我同情水平及与创伤后成长的相关性

Level of Self-compassion in Women Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization-EmbryoTransfer and Its Correlation with Post-traumatic Growth

目的 探讨体外受精-胚胎移植女性自我同情水平及影响因素,并探讨其和创伤后成长的关系。方法 采用方便抽样法,于2021年6—12月选取河南省某生殖中心体外受精-胚胎移植女性为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我同情量表和创伤后成长评定量表进行调查。采用单因素和多重线性回归探究患者自我同情的影响因素,采用Spearman相关分析自我同情与创伤后成长水平的相关性。结果 共发放问卷248份,回收有效问卷235份。235名体外受精-胚胎移植女性自我同情总分为77(67,83)分,受教育程度、已有子女、移植次数是自我同情的影响因素。体外受精-胚胎移植女性创伤后成长总分为57(44,69)分,自我同情总分及善待自己、共通人性、静观3个维度得分与创伤后成长总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论 体外受精-胚胎移植女性自我同情处于中等水平,自我同情对创伤后成长具有正向影响作用,护士应增强体外受精-胚胎移植女性的自我同情能力,帮助女性有效应对不孕及治疗相关创伤事件,提高创伤后成长水平,促进心理健康。

Objective To explore the level of self-compassion and its influencing factors in women undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and to explore its relationship with post-traumatic growth.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select IVF-ET women from a reproductive center in Henan Province from June to December 2021.General information questionnaire,self-compassion scale and posttraumatic growth inventory were used for questionnaire survey.The univariate and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of patients’self-compassion,and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between self-compassion and post-traumatic growth level.Results A total of 248 questionnaires were distributed and 235 valid questionnaires were recovered.The total score of self-compassion among 235 IVF-ET women was 77(67,83).Education level,having children and the number of transplants were the influencing factors of self-compassion.The total score of post-traumatic growth in IVF-ET women was 57(44,69).The total score of self-compassion and the three dimensions of being kind to yourself,common humanity and contemplation were positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth and the scores of each dimension(P<0.001).Conclusion The self-compassion of IVF-ET women is at a moderate level,and self-compassion has a positive effect on post-traumatic growth.Nurses should enhance the self-compassion ability of IVF-ET women,so as to help them effectively cope with infertility and treatment-related trauma events,increase levels of post-traumatic growth,and promote mental health.
