宫颈癌患者及配偶二元应对与亲密关系的主体-客体互倚模型研究

Actor-Partner Interdependence Model Between Dyadic Coping and Intimate Relationship in Cervical Cancer Patients and Their Spouses

目的 本研究通过主体-客体互倚模型(APIM)分析宫颈癌患者及配偶的二元应对和夫妻亲密关系间的关系,为医护人员制订干预措施来改善宫颈癌夫妻的应对水平和亲密关系提供理论参考。方法 采取便利抽样方法抽取2021年10月至2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的197对宫颈癌夫妻作为样本,采用二元应对量表和婚姻调适测定量表进行问卷调查,并通过构建APIM模型分析宫颈癌患者及其配偶的二元应对水平与亲密关系间的关系。结果 宫颈癌患者和配偶的二元应对均能够预测自身亲密关系(β=0.49、0.45,P<0.001),即主体效应明显;客体效应结果显示配偶的二元应对水平能够预测宫颈癌患者的亲密关系(β=0.44,P=0.005)。结论 宫颈癌夫妻的二元应对水平和亲密关系之间存在部分二元交互作用。医护人员应将宫颈癌夫妻看作一个整体,开展二元应对干预策略的制定,从而达到提升亲密关系、维持婚姻稳定家庭和谐的目的。

Objective Based on the actor-partner interdependence model(APIM),to analyze the relationship between the dyadic coping and intimate relationship in cervical cancer patients and their spouses,providing theoretical reference for medical staff to formulate intervention measures to improve the coping level and intimate relationship of cervical cancer couples.Methods A total of 197 couples with cervical cancer were selected as the research objects from October 2021 to June 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University by convenience sampling method.Binary coping scale and marital adjustment scale were used for investigation.APIM model was established to analyze the relationship between binary coping level and intimate relationship of cervical cancer patients and their spouses.Results In terms of actor-effect,the score of dyadic coping in cervical cancer patients and their spouses could be predicted by their own dyadic coping score respectively(β=0.49,0.45,P<0.001).In terms of partner-effect,the dyadic coping of spouses could predict the intimate relationship of cervical cancer patients(β=0.44,P=0.005).Conclusion There is a dyadic interaction between dyadic coping and intimate relationship in cervical cancer patients and their spouses.The medical staff should consider the couples of cervical cancer as a whole,and develop the dyadic coping intervention strategy,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the intimate relationship and maintaining the stability of marriage and family harmony.
