摘要
目的 探讨手术室护士体面劳动感知现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 选取河南省5所三级甲等医院的214例手术室护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、职业召唤量表与体面劳动感知量表进行调查。结果 手术室护士体面劳动感知总分为(48.09±9.13)分,职业召唤总分为(37.05±5.31)分,手术室护士职业召唤总分与体面劳动感知总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,月收入、遭受工作场所暴力、是否担任领导职位、是否在编、职业召唤是手术室护士体面劳动感知的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释总变异的37.0%。结论 手术室护士体面劳动感知水平尚需进一步提高,护理管理者应根据相关影响因素采取针对性干预措施,提高其体面劳动感知水平。
Objective To explore the status of nurses’perception of decent labor in operating room,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 214 operating room nurses from 5 tertiary grade A hospitals in Henan Province were selected as the research objects.General data questionnaire,occupational calling scale and decent work perception scale were used to investigate.Results The total score of decent work perception was(48.09±9.13)points,and the total score of occupational calling of operating room nurses was(37.05±5.31)points.The total score of occupational calling of operating room nurses was positively correlated with the total score of decent work perception and scores of all dimensions(P<0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that monthly income,workplace violence,leadership position,employment and occupational call were the main factors affecting the decent work perception of operating room nurses(P<0.05),could explain 37.0%of the total variation.Conclusion The operating room nurses’perception of decent labor needs to be further improved.Nursing managers should take targeted intervention measures according to relevant influencing factors to improve their perception of decent labor.
