固金止咳方联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

Effect of Gujin Zhike Formula Combined with Montelust onCough Variant Asthma in Children

目的 评价固金止咳方联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床效果及安全性。方法 采用随机方法将2020年1月至2021年12月于河南省儿童医院治疗、符合标准的150例患儿分为对照组和治疗组,各75例。对照组口服孟鲁司特,治疗组在对照组基础上口服固金止咳方,疗程8周。比较两组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV_(1)%pred)、最大呼气流速占预计值的百分比(PEF%pred)、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)和中医证候总积分;比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果 CVA患儿存在气道慢性炎症及气道高反应性,与正常儿童相比,大多患儿肺功能指标下降,FeNO水平与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比升高。治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应。结论 固金止咳方联合孟鲁司特可以改善CVA患儿肺功能,降低外周血EOS%及FeNO水平,整体调节患儿体质,且安全性好。

Objective To evaluate of the clinical efficacy and safety of Gujin Zhike formula combined with montelust in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children.Methods Using a randomized method,150 children who met the criteria and were treated at Henan Provincial Children’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into control group and treatment group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral montelust,while the treatment group was given Gujin Zhike formula on the basis of the control group,with a course of 8 weeks.The percentage of eosinophils(EOS%)in peripheral blood,exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),the forced expiratory volume in one second/predicted value(FEV_(1)%pred),peak expiratory flow rate/predicted value(PEF%pred),FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FVC)and the total score of TCM syndromes of two groups were compared,the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results Children with CVA had chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness.Compared with normal children,most of the children had decreased lung function indicators,increased FeNO levels and peripheral blood eosinophil percentage.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment process.Conclusion The combination of Gujin Zhike formula and montelust can improve lung function in children with CVA,reduce peripheral blood EOS%and FeNO levels,and overall regulate the physical fitness of the children,and the safety is good.
