骨质疏松性少肌性肥胖综合征在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中的发病情况分析

摘要 目的 分析骨质疏松性少肌性肥胖综合征(OSO)在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中发病情况。方法 收集郑州人民医院2020年5月至2022年12月收治的358例骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料,统计描述其中OSO的发病情况。结果 骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者集中于60~79岁,占所有研究病例的68.16%。4个年龄组OSO发病率均较高,且其发病率随年龄增长呈逐渐增高趋势。而80岁以上的年龄组更是高达84.62%。结论 OSO与骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折有着密不可分的联系。 Objective To analyze the incidence and related mechanism of osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome(OSO)in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods Clinical data of 358 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture admitted to Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were collected to describe the incidence of OSO.Results The main age of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture ranged from 60 to 79 years old,accounting for 68.16%of all studied cases.The incidence of OSO was high in all 4 age groups,and the incidence of OSO showed a gradual increasing trend with the increase of age.In the age group over 80 years,the figure was 84.62%.Conclusion OSO is closely related to osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
