凹六边形负泊松比蜂窝结构及其静动力学性能研究综述

摘要 蜂窝作为一种典型的多孔材料,具有相对密度小、成本低、变形能力强、比刚度高、比强度高等特点.负泊松比结构因其特殊的力学性能,在抗断裂性能、能量吸收、压陷阻力等方面比传统材料更有优势.负泊松比蜂窝结构在冲击防护装置、航空航天结构件、土木工程以及生物医疗等领域有广泛的应用前景.本文广泛讨论了国内外关于凹六边形负泊松比蜂窝结构与金属蜂窝结构的研究成果,主要介绍了静力学和动力学方面的研究.针对目前蜂窝结构推广所面临的挑战提出一些合理性的设想,改善负泊松比蜂窝结构的不足之处并推广其应用. As a typical porous material,honeycomb has the characteristics of low relative density,low cost,strong deformation ability,high specific stiffness and high specific strength.Because of its special mechanical properties,negative Poisson's ratio structure has more advantages than traditional materials in fracture resistance,energy absorption and collapse resistance.Negative Poisson's ratio honeycomb structure has a wide application prospect in the fields of impact protection devices,aerospace structural parts,civil engineering and biomedicine.This paper extensively discusses the research results of concave hexagonal negative Poisson's ratio honeycomb structure and metal honeycomb structure at home and abroad,focusing on statics and dynamics performance.In view of the challenges faced by the popularization of honeycomb structure,this paper puts forward some reasonable ideas,in order to improve the shortcomings of negative Poisson's ratio honeycomb structure and popularize its application.
