苍辛通窍汤治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Cangxin Tongqiao decoction on sinusitis

目的分析苍辛通窍汤治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年5月-2020年9月我院收治的鼻窦炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=30,采用常规治疗)和对照组(n=30,采用苍辛通窍汤治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果及复发率、临床症状评分、鼻窦炎生活质量量表(SNOT-20)评分以及不良反应发生率^([1])。结果通过苍辛通窍汤治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05),观察组患者临床症状评分与SNOT-20评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不良反应发生低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苍辛通窍汤治疗鼻窦炎的确有排脓通窍的效果,不仅改善鼻窦炎患者的临床症状和血清炎症指标,而且能够提高患者的生活质量,减少不良反应的出现,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Cangxin Tongqiao decoction on sinusitis.Methods From May 2019 to September 2020,60 patients with sinusitis were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group(n=30,treated with conventional therapy)and control group(n=30,treated with Cangxin Tongqiao decoction).The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom score,quality of life scale for sinusitis(SNOT-20)and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment with Cangxin Tongqiao decoction,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score and SNOT-20 score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cangxin Tongqiao decoction is effective in the treatment of nasosinusitis,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory indexes,but also improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
