分析腺样体肥大对儿童睡眠质量和生长发育的影响

目的分析腺样体肥大对儿童睡眠质量和生长发育的影响。方法以2017年01月为研究起始时间,以2021年12月为研究结束时间,选取此时我院收治的腺样体肥大儿童100例作为研究对象,将其纳入研究组。选取同一时间段内我院接收的健康儿童100例进行研究,将其纳入参照组。分析二组儿童的睡眠质量、生长发育情况。结果参照组儿童的睡眠质量好于研究组儿童(P<0.05),存在统计学意义;参照组儿童的生长发育情况好于研究组儿童(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论腺样体肥大会降低儿童的睡眠质量,影响身体素质,不利于健康生长发育,需要及时发现进行有效治疗,确保儿童健康成长。

Objective To analyze the effect of adenoid hypertrophy on sleep quality and growth and development in children.Methods Using January 2017 as the starting time and December 2021 as the end of the study,100 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to our hospital at this time were selected and included in the test group.One hundred healthy children received in our hospital during the same time period were selected for the study and included in the reference group.Sleep quality and growth were analyzed in the two groups.Results The quality of sleep of children in the reference group was better than that of children in the study group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;The growth of children in the reference group was better than that of children in the study group(P<0.05)and there was statistical significance.Conclusions Adenoidal hypertrophy can reduce the quality of sleep in children,affect physical fitness,is not conducive to healthy growth and development,and timely detection is needed for effective treatment to ensure healthy growth in children.
