盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎的临床治疗效果及药学分析

Clinical therapeutic effect and pharmaceutical analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride on secretory otitis media

目的探析分泌性中耳炎采取盐酸氨溴索诊疗的临床效果及药学作用。方法选择2022年1月~2023年1月就诊于本院的分泌性中耳炎患者展开研究,总纳入病例数66例,按随机数表法分组,每组纳入病例数33例,一组(对照组)予常规治疗,一组(治疗组)予盐酸氨溴索鼓室注射治疗,比较指标:治疗效果、不良反应、IL-2、IL-4水平等。结果①治疗效果:治疗组治疗有效率测定数值高于对照组(P<0.05);②不良反应:两组不良反应(胃部灼热、皮疹及恶心)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);③血清学指标:治疗组治疗结束后,所测得的IL-2、IL-4及IL-10低于对照组(P<0.05);④气导/骨导阈值:治疗组治疗结束后,所测得的气导/骨导阈值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分泌性中耳炎采取盐酸氨溴索诊疗效果可观,可控制炎性效应,改善听力水平,且不良反应少,具较高的药学运用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and pharmacological effects of using ambroxol hydrochloride for diagnosis and treatment of secretory otitis media.Method A study was conducted on patients with secretory otitis media who visited our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.A total of 66 cases were included and divided into groups using a random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.One group(control group)received routine treatment,while the other group(treatment group)received ambroxol hydrochloride tympanic injection treatment.Comparative indicators:treatment efficacy,adverse reactions,IL-2,IL-4 levels,etc.Result①Treatment effect:The measured value of treatment effectiveness in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);②Adverse reactions:There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of adverse reactions(such as stomach burning,rash,and nausea);③Serological indicators:After treatment,the measured levels of IL-2,IL-4,and IL-10 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)④Gas/bone conduction threshold:After treatment,the measured gas/bone conduction thresholds in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ambroxol hydrochloride in the diagnosis and treatment of secretory otitis media has significant therapeutic effects,can control inflammatory effects,improve hearing levels,and has fewer adverse reactions,making it highly valuable in pharmaceutical applications.
