银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Yinhua Tongqiao Rhinitis Decoction on chronic sinusitis

目的探究银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法遴选本院98例慢性鼻窦炎患者展开回顾性研究,选取时间范围是2021年6月~2022年5月,以“双色球法”将其分成对照组与实验组,且每组收入患者49例,对照组患者均借助常规西药治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上实施银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗,系统分析两组的临床效果、鼻部临床症状评分以及SNOT-20量表评分。结果两组患者在鼻部临床症状评分以及SNOT-20量表评分方面无明显差异,提示P>0.05;治疗后相较于对照组,实验组患者鼻部临床症状评分以及SNOT-20量表评分显著较低,P<0.05;治疗后相较于对照组,实验组患者的临床效果显著较高,P<0.05。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者予以常规西药联合银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗其临床效果显著,积极改善鼻部临床症状,值得临床积极探究与借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinhua Tongqiao rhinitis Decoction on chronic sinusitis.Method Ninety-eight patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital were selected for retrospective study,and the time range was from June 2021 to May 2022.They were divided into control group and experimental group by the“two-color ball method”,and 49 patients were included in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Yinhua Tongqiao rhinitis Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,nasal clinical symptom score and SNOT-20 scale score of the two groups were systematically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in nasal clinical symptom score and SNOT-20 scale score,indicating P>0.05.Compared with control group,nasal clinical symptom score and SNOT-20 scale score of experimental group were significantly lower after treatment,P<0.05;After treatment,the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Conventional Western medicine combined with honeysuckle Tongqiao rhinitis decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis has significant clinical effect,and can actively improve the clinical symptoms of the nose,which is worthy of clinical exploration and reference.
