银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果及药学分析

Effect and pharmaceutical analysis of Yinhua Tongqiao Biyan decoction on chronic sinusitis

目的分析银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎(CS)的效果和价值。方法采用目的抽样法纳入80例CS患者,均为我院耳鼻咽喉科2021年10月~2023年9月时期收治,依据组间信息均衡可比原则将纳入样本分入对照组和观察组(n=40),前组给予常规西药治疗,后组加施银花通窍鼻炎汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、鼻部症状评分以及炎症指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组鼻部症状评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗3周结束,观察组各项鼻部症状评分均更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素5(IL-5)、白介素17(IL-17)水平均无差异(P>0.05);治疗3周结束,观察组TNF-α、IL-5、IL-17水平均更低(P<0.05)。结论在CS常规西药治疗上加施银花通窍鼻炎汤,可取得理想效果,且能够更好改善鼻部症状评分和炎症指标水平,值得推荐和施行。

Objective To analyze the effect and value of Yinhua Tongqiao Biyan Decoction in treating chronic sinusitis(CS).Methods 80 patients with CS were enrolled by objective sampling method,all of whom were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2023.According to the principle of information balance and comparability between groups,the enrolled samples were divided into control group and observation group(n=40).The former group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the latter group was treated with Yinhua Tongqiao Biyan Decoction.The therapeutic effect,nasal symptom score and inflammatory index level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of nasal symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-5(IL-5)and interleukin-17(IL-17)were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-17 in the observation group were all lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding Shiyinhua Tongqiao Biyan Decoction to CS routine western medicine treatment can achieve ideal effect,and can better improve the nasal symptom score and inflammation index level,which is worth recommending and implementing.
