针灸治疗脾虚型中重度持续性变应性鼻炎的临床效果及患者生活质量的影响

Clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on moderate and severe persistent allergic rhinitis with spleen deficiency and its influence on patients’quality of life

目的本研究旨在分析针灸治疗脾虚型中重度持续性变应性鼻炎的临床效果及患者生活质量的影响。方法抽取本院2022年2月~2023年1月92例脾虚型中重度持续性变应性鼻炎患者作为研究目标,依据随机数字法平等划分为试验组和对照组,每组纳入46例,对照组给予患者西药地氯雷他定片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予以针灸治疗,探究两组的临床效果、临床中医证候评分、生活质量(RQLQ)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的临床中医证候评分、RQLQ评分无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,试验组患者的临床中医证候评分与RQLQ评分明显下降,临床效果明显提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗脾虚型中重度持续性变应性鼻炎可显著提升临床效果,积极改善临床中医证候与生活质量,值得临床借鉴、推广、学习。

Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis with spleen deficiency and its influence on patients’quality of life.Methods A total of 92 patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis with spleen deficiency from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research target,and were equally divided into experimental group and control group according to random number method,with 46 cases included in each group.The control group was treated with desloratadine tablets,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.To explore the clinical effect,clinical TCM syndrome score,quality of life(RQLQ)score of the two groups.Results Before treatment,the clinical TCM syndrome score and RQLQ score of the two groups had no statistical significance,P>0.05;After treatment,the clinical TCM syndrome score and RQLQ score of the experimental group were significantly decreased,and the clinical effect was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of moderate and severe persistent allergic rhinitis with spleen deficiency can significantly improve the clinical effect,and actively improve the clinical TCM syndromes and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference,promotion and learning.
