甲状舌管乳头状癌二例

目的通过对二例临床病例分析,增加对甲状舌管乳头状癌的认识及临床诊疗技能。方法回顾分析临床二例甲状舌管乳头状癌的临床表现、影像表现及病理表现,提出临床诊断方面的建议。结果二例病例均表现为颈部活动性肿块,影像提示囊实性病变,易与甲状舌管囊肿及异位甲状腺癌等混淆。具体以病理诊断为依据。结论临床甲状舌管乳头状癌罕见,临床易混淆,术前做好病变恶性的充分准备,术后做好随访。

Objective To increase the understanding of thyroglossal duct papillary carcinoma and clinical diagnosis and treatment skills through the analysis of two clinical cases.Methods The clinical manifestations,imaging manifestations and pathological manifestations of two cases of thyroglossal duct papillary carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed so that we can put forward suggestions for clinical diagnosis.Result Both cases presented with active cervical mass and imaging suggested solid cystic lesions,which were easily confused with thyroglossal duct cyst and ectopic thyroid carcinoma.It is decided by pathological diagnosis eventually.Confusion It is rarely and easily to be confused in clinic of thyroglossal duct papillary carcinoma.It is best that preoperative preparation should be made once it’s malignant lesions and postoperative follow-up should be done.
