舒适护理干预应用于鼻窦炎护理中的效果及满意度观察

Observation on the effect and satisfaction degree of comfort nursing intervention applied in nasosinusitis nursing

目的系统分析舒适护理干预在鼻窦炎护理中的护理效果及满意度。方法以回顾性方式对自2021年6月-2023年12月期间该院共计收治的66例鼻窦炎患者展开分析,依据“掷骰子法”将其分为对照组、研究者,各组均记录33例,对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组采取舒适护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度、并发症消失时间与住院时长、生活质量。结果对比两组患者护理满意度后,研究组护理满意度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者并发症消失时间与住院时长后,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,对比两组患者生活质量后,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,研究组患者生活质量评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预在鼻窦炎护理中具有显著的效果,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛程度和缓解症状,并提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To systematically analyze the nursing effect and satisfaction degree of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of sinusitis.Methods A total of 66 patients with Nasosinusitis admitted to our hospital from June to December of the 20212023 were analyzed retrospectively,33 cases were recorded in each group,routine nursing intervention was used in the control group,comfort nursing intervention was used in the research group.Results Compared with the two groups,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher(p<0.05),compared with the two groups after the disappearance of complications and the length of hospital stay,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The comfort nursing intervention in the nasosinusitis care has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the degree of pain and relieve symptoms,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
