综合护理对突发性耳聋患者的应用及护理质量的改善分析

目的探究突发性耳聋中运用综合护理的效果。方法选取2020年1月~2022年1月于我院就诊的突发性耳聋患者研究,总计40例,按1:1比例分组,即对照组、观察组2组,予对照组基础护理,观察组行综合护理,比较两组的听力水平、心理应激及生活质量等。结果①听力水平:干预后,观察组听力改善效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②心理应激:观察组在焦虑、抑郁评分上(SAS、SDS)相较于对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③睡眠质量:观察组睡眠质量(PSQI),相比之对照组的高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④生活质量:立足于精神/社会/活力等评分方面,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋中运用综合护理效果确切,可减轻心理应激,改善睡眠及听力水平,提高生活质量,具较高的护理实践价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in sudden deafness.Methods A total of 40 patients with sudden deafness from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1:control group and Observation Group,the Observation Group received comprehensive nursing,and the hearing level,psychological stress and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 1 hearing level:after intervention,the improvement of hearing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05);2 psychological stress:the scores of anxiety and depression(SAS,SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),3 sleep quality:the sleep quality of the Observation Group(PSQI)was higher than that of the control group,4 quality of life:Based on the score of spirit/society/Vitality,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective in sudden deafness,which can reduce psychological stress,improve sleep and hearing level,and improve living standard.
