综合护理服务模式调节支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎患者满意度/依从性及生活质量的体会

Experience of comprehensive nursing service model in regulating satisfaction,compliance and quality of life of patient s with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis

目的研究综合护理服务模式调节支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎患者满意度、依从性及生活质量的作用。方法于2021年1月-2022年10月期间,选取我院呼吸科接收的66例支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=33),采用常规护理服务模式,研究组(n=33),采用综合护理服务模式,对比组间护理效果。结果护理后,研究组护理依从性较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组各项生活质量、满意度评分均较对照组明高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理服务模式可有效提升支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎患者的护理依从性,改善患者的生活质量,满意度更高,值得推广。

Objective To study the role of comprehensive nursing service model in regulating the satisfaction,compliance and quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods From January 2021 to October 2022,66 patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis received by the respiratory department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=33),the conventional nursing service mode,and the study group(n=33),the comprehensive nursing service mode,and the nursing effect between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P;The scores of life quality and satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing service model can effectively improve the nursing compliance of patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis,improve the quality of life of patients,and have higher satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
