综合护理干预对改善急性咽喉炎患者护理效果及心理状态分析

Analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving nursing effect and psychological state of patients with acute pharyngitis

目的探讨急性咽喉炎患者实行综合护理干预的应用效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法参与对象为60例急性咽喉炎患者,源自医院2021年10月-2023年10月期间所收治,以随机数字表法为原则规范化1:1划分为对照组和观察组。前组30例实行常规护理,后组30例实行综合护理干预。评价2组心理状态、症状缓解和住院时间、生活质量的差异。结果干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分呈不同程度降幅,且观察组改变更明显(P<0.05);与对照组做对比,观察组症状缓解、住院时间短(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量评分较对照组显著高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预实施于急性咽喉患者中,不仅能显著缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,并加快症状缓解,缩短住院时间,实现改善患者生活质量、提高预后的干预目标。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute pharyngolaryngitis and its influence on patients’psychological state.Methods The participants were 60 patients with acute pharyngolaryngitis who were admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random number table.30 cases in the former group were given routine nursing,while 30 cases in the latter group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The differences in mental state,symptom relief,hospitalization time and quality of life between the two groups were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased in different degrees,and the changes in the observation group were more obvious(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptoms of the observation group were relieved and the hospitalization time was shorter(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute throat can not only significantly relieve their anxiety and depression,but also accelerate the relief of symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time,and achieve the intervention goal of improving patients’quality of life and improving prognosis.
