摘要
恶性肿瘤的治疗和预后评估一直是研究人员和临床医生十分关注的问题,同时预测个体对包括免疫疗法在内的不同类型肿瘤疗法的反应有助于临床治疗决策和临床研究方案的选择。免疫评分(immunoscore)即采用免疫组织化学染色评价肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)中淋巴细胞各亚群分布的数量、密度及浸润特点来预测患者的生存状况。文章就免疫评分在肿瘤患者预后评估、疗效预测和临床治疗中的作用作一综述。
The treatment and prognosis assessment of malignant tumors have been a major concern for researchers and clinicians.Predicting an individual's response to different types of tumor therapies,including immunotherapy,can assist in making clinical treatment decisions and selecting clinical research protocols.Immunoscore is used to evaluate the number,density,and infiltration characteristics of lymphocyte subgroups in the tumor microenvironment(TME)through immunohistochemical staining in order to predict patients'survival status.This review summarizes the role of immune score in the evaluation of prognosis,prediction of treatment effectiveness and clinical management of tumor patients.
