补肾生髓益智汤联合甘露特钠胶囊治疗老年髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病痴呆临床研究

Clinical Study on Bushen Shengsui Yizhi Decoction Combined with Sodium Oligomannate Capsules for Senile Dementia Caused by Alzheimer's Disease of Insufficiency in Sea of Marrow Type

目的:观察补肾生髓益智汤联合甘露特钠胶囊治疗老年髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选取124例老年髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病痴呆进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各62例。治疗组给予补肾生髓益智汤联合甘露特钠胶囊治疗,对照组给予甘露特钠胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、阿尔茨海默病评定量表-认知部分(ADAS-cog)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、痴呆行为量表(BEHAVE-AD)评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.32%,对照组为75.81%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MMSE评分均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且治疗组MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组ADAS-cog评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组ADAS-cog评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组HDS评分均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且治疗组HDS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组BEHAVE-AD评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组BEHAVE-AD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾生髓益智汤联合甘露特钠胶囊治疗老年髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病痴呆临床疗效良好,可改善患者认知功能及痴呆症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Shengsui Yizhi Decoction combined with Sodium Oligomannate Capsules on senile dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease of insufficiency in the sea of marrow type.Methods:A total of 124 cases of patients with Alzheimer's disease of insufficiency in the sea of marrow type were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Shengsui Yizhi Decoction combined with Sodium Oligomannate Capsules,and the control group was treated with Sodium Oligomannate Capsules.The scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),the Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale(ADAS-Cog),Hasegawa's Dementia Scale(HDS),and Behavioral Pathology in Alzheimer's Disease(BEHAVE-AD)scale before and after treatment,as well as clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.32%in the treatment group and 75.81%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and MMSE score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);ADAS-cog scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and ADAS-cog score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HDS scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and HDS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);BEHAVE-AD scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and BEHAVE-AD score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Shengsui Yizhi Decoction combined with Sodium Oligomannate Capsules has good clinical effects in the treatment of senile dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease of insufficiency in the sea of marrow type and can improve cognitive and dementia symptoms.
