介绍侯淑芳教授分阶段施治肺癌的临床经验。侯淑芳教授认为,正虚为肺癌之本,热、痰、瘀、毒为肺癌之标,准确把握中西医结合治疗肺癌的切入点,提出分阶段施治肺癌的观点,将肺癌的防治过程分为肺结节的观察、术后患者的恢复或随访、放疗、靶向、化疗、终末期等阶段,充分发挥中医药的辅助作用和主导作用。

This article is to introduce the clinical experience of Professor HOU Shufang in staging treatment of lung cancer.Professor HOU Shufang holds that the deficiency of healthy qi is the root of lung cancer,and heat,phlegm,stasis,and toxin are branches of lung cancer.Professor HOU accurately grasps the entry point of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of lung cancer,proposing the viewpoint of staging treatment of lung cancer,dividing the prevention and treatment process of lung cancer into stages such as observation of lung nodules,postoperative recovery or follow-up of patients,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,chemotherapy,and end-stage treatment,fully leveraging the auxiliary and leading role of Chinese medicine.
