介绍杨莹洁主任医师从三焦辨治慢性心力衰竭的临床经验。杨莹洁主任医师从三焦的形态结构和实质出发,认为三焦是联系、贯通人体上下的膜系组织,三焦不仅是元气和水液运行的通道,还与营血运行关系密切,三焦不利与慢性心力衰竭的发生发展密切相关。杨莹洁主任医师认为慢性心力衰竭三焦不利的病理性质属本虚标实,脏腑精气亏虚、三焦气化功能失司是三焦不利之本,气机运行失常、瘀水互结为三焦不利之标。从三焦不利辨治慢性心力衰竭,以“标本同治,升降气机,条畅三焦”为主要治法。

This article introduces the clinical experience of chief physician YANG Yingjie in the differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure from triple energizers.Starting from the morphology,structure,and essence of the triple energizers,YANG believes that the triple energizers are the membrane tissues that connect and penetrate the upper and lower parts of the human body;triple energizers are not only the channel for the circulation of original qi and water but also closely related to the circulation of nutrient and blood;the inhibited triple energizers are closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic heart failure.YANG holds that the pathological nature of chronic heart failure caused by inhibited triple energizers is the deficiency in the root and excess in the branches;essential qi depletion in viscera and bowels and dysfunction of qi transformation function of triple energizers are the root causes of inhibited triple energizers;abnormal qi movement and the binding of phlegm and water are the branches of inhibited triple energizers.The main treatment methods for chronic heart failure from the perspective of inhibited triple energizers are to treat both the branch and root of the disease,direct the ascending and descending of qi movement,and regulate triple energizers.
