摘要
为优化幼儿园教师在家长工作中的情绪劳动表现,形成有效的团体辅导方法,本研究招募10名情绪劳动问题较突出的教师组成团体,借鉴叙事心理治疗和积极心理学理论和方法,开展共8次团体辅导活动。对团体辅导前后教师情绪劳动和情绪调节情况进行检验后发现,团体辅导促进了家长工作中幼儿园教师情绪劳动素养的提升和结构的优化。
This study aimed to optimize the emotional labor performance of kindergarten teachers in parent work and develop effective group counseling methods.A group of 10 teachers with prominent emotional labor issues were recruited,and 8 group counseling activities were conducted based on narrative psychology therapy and positive psychology theory and methods.After testing the emotional labor and emotional regulation of the teachers before and after group counseling,it was found that group counseling promoted the improvement and optimization of the emotional labor literacy of kindergarten teachers in parent work.
